Everyone has been waiting for years for the new Guns N’ Roses album "Chinese Democracy," but reports are circulating that Axl Rose is holding out for more money from his record label before he will release the masters.
Guns N’ Roses started working on "Chinese Democracy" in 1994 and have reportedly spent over $13 million in recording studio fees. Along with the high price tag, this album is going to have the longest liner notes in recording history. Guns N' Roses started recording with the original lineup but since have had a revolving door of band members including Dave Navarro, Robin Finck (Nine Inch Nails), Buckethead and Bryan Mantia (Primus).
